I wanted to thank you for all your help this past year. Your experience, responsiveness and knowledge have been evident in all of our dealings. Our insurance needs cover a fairly broad spectrum. With the personal and business events we have had in the past year, we have had to not only create new policies but unfortunately make claims on existing ones. All of our requests and concerns have been promptly looked after. As a result Mike and I feel very well taken care of.
