Preston Street Bike Race
Sunday June 20, 2010 was the 4th Annual Kiddie Crit, part of the Italian Week festivities on Preston Street in Ottawa.
This fun event is presented in part by Palladium Insurance. It features two waves of riders; one group ages 5 and under and the second group being 6 and 7 year olds.
In total, 36 riders took part in the race this year which raised $475.00 for CHEO.
Every child was rewarded for their efforts with medals and trophies, balloons and a loot bag full of fun goodies provided by Palladium Insurance. A great time was had by all, despite a change in the weather by the end of the race.
